Hi everyone! Today's post is an article recently published on the Reb. It really struck me hard and I hope it will convict y'all as well.
And now for an update on my life before I give you the article. First, my friend began her journey back to the U.S. last night. It was wonderful to be able to host her and get to know her more. The month flew by with all the things we had planned.
Second, I will be volunteering at a kids' camp here in Kenya for the next 10 or so days. The blog posts after this will still come, but they will be scheduled to come out ahead of time.
Third, I have finally finished my school work for this year! I took my last math exam today and now all that's left is grading. I'm so glad to be done! I'll write more later on my plans for this fall.
And finally, for the most shocking news of all! MILES IS NOT A BOY!!!! It was discovered last Friday that Miles, whom we thought was a boy is actually a girl! It is kind of hard to tell when they're little, though... Anyway, Miles has a new name- Hazel! It has been confirmed by the vet, so just for future reference, when I refer to Hazel, I mean the former Miles.
Alright, here's the article I promised since you've endured all my crazy life stuff!
I hope you find as much wisdom in this article that I did and have a good rest of your week!
